If you’re visiting Elvis’s Graceland Manson and would love to immerse into the King’s world, you’ll be wowed at the Guest House at Graceland. This luxury resort is themed in a rock-and-roll, Elvis-vibe, yet drenched in opulence. Pricilla Presley actually supervised the decorative design on the interior of the hotel. (And a few lucky guests have seen Pricilla in the lobby.)
The resort opened in late 2016 and is a 10-minute walk to the Graceland Mansion. The 450-room resort offers gorgeous guestrooms and boasts 20 themed suites sprawling on the top floor. The themed rooms are nods to Elvis, his parents, his beloved TV room and so forth. But don’t expect a kitschy experience. This resort has been awarded a AAA Four Diamond Hotel rating. All guestrooms and suites include free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a Keurig coffee system, and beautiful bathrooms with granite counters and fully-glassed walk-in showers.
Two full-service restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating are on-hand along with a causal spot for baked goods, sandwiches and salads. A large outdoor pool and fitness room are both available. Complimentary shuttle takes guests to Downton Memphis and the airport.
The Guest House at Graceland is ten-minute walk to the Graceland Mansion, 7.8-miles to visit the famous Peabody Hotel ducks, 8.0-miles to Downtown Memphis, 9.8-miles to the Memphis zoo, 9.7-miles to the Orpheum Theater Memphis (free summer movies), the 9.9-miles to the Pink Palace and Planetarium, 10.4-miles to the Big Back Yard, 8.7-miles to the Children’s Museum of Memphis, 10-miles to Mud Island River Park and 8.1-miles to Huey’s Downtown (kid-restaurant).

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Mephis. Cisco the manager was very kind to me. I was stranded in Memphis for a night and he helped accommodate my stay to his fullest capability. He went out of his way. I am truly grateful for all his assistance! Besides the awesome customer service I received, the resort is beautiful. The lobby is gorgeous and my room was very clean. The Cadillac cocktail was tasty and I enjoyed the live music. Again, if you are spending time in Memphis, make sure to stay here. You will not be disappointed!
We spend 3 nights here over Valentines. Toured Graceland, and just relaxed. The staff are great and they all work Very well together to make your stay the best it can be. Mr Cisco at the front desk was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service to us. During our stay we crossed paths many times and it was like we were old friends. Every one there truly has the clients best interest in mind. The hotel and our room was beautifully decorated. Somehow they took the glitter and swag of the Elvis era and made it blend into a beautiful decor for 2019 - well done. Service at the restaurants are good, the evening dinners at Deltas I would rate as the best of them all, and breakfast is okay, but could use a little more attention to details, like quicker coffee/tea service and food turnover at the Buffett. The theatre is a nice to have as you can watch Elvis movies in the evening - except when a conference is in. We missed night 1&2 for that reason, and on our 3rd night blue Hawaii was to play but showed his come back tour instead - possibly because of Valentines. The movies by the way are free to guests. The hotel is clean and well kept. The pool is out doors so it is closed in the off season. Parking is valet or self, costs at the time we’re $16/$10 day. There is also a large well equipped gym. The lobby bar has live music, and on Feb 14th, the guy that was playing was the furthest away from looking like Elvis, but MAN could he play and sing similar to Elvis - made a great end to the evening - Fantastic !!!!!
If your an Elvis fan, then you know he loved PB&J, or BP&Nana sandwiches. That’s why from 10-11pm, the hotel offer a snack of peanut butter, jelly and banana sandwiches with milk or hot cocoa - all complements of the hotel which is such a nice personal touch.
Throughout the hotel, videos and Elvis music are playing every where, so don’t be surprised if you see guest, hotel staff, or both break out in song - what a magical place.
We highly recommend this hotel, and the Graceland tour, and we may have come for the first time, but we will be back !
