If you’re visiting Elvis’s Graceland Manson and would love to immerse into the King’s world, you’ll be wowed at the Guest House at Graceland. This luxury resort is themed in a rock-and-roll, Elvis-vibe, yet drenched in opulence. Pricilla Presley actually supervised the decorative design on the interior of the hotel. (And a few lucky guests have seen Pricilla in the lobby.)
The resort opened in late 2016 and is a 10-minute walk to the Graceland Mansion. The 450-room resort offers gorgeous guestrooms and boasts 20 themed suites sprawling on the top floor. The themed rooms are nods to Elvis, his parents, his beloved TV room and so forth. But don’t expect a kitschy experience. This resort has been awarded a AAA Four Diamond Hotel rating. All guestrooms and suites include free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, a Keurig coffee system, and beautiful bathrooms with granite counters and fully-glassed walk-in showers.
Two full-service restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating are on-hand along with a causal spot for baked goods, sandwiches and salads. A large outdoor pool and fitness room are both available. Complimentary shuttle takes guests to Downton Memphis and the airport.
The Guest House at Graceland is ten-minute walk to the Graceland Mansion, 7.8-miles to visit the famous Peabody Hotel ducks, 8.0-miles to Downtown Memphis, 9.8-miles to the Memphis zoo, 9.7-miles to the Orpheum Theater Memphis (free summer movies), the 9.9-miles to the Pink Palace and Planetarium, 10.4-miles to the Big Back Yard, 8.7-miles to the Children’s Museum of Memphis, 10-miles to Mud Island River Park and 8.1-miles to Huey’s Downtown (kid-restaurant).
