Norfolk Hampton Inn stay

by aacole10

I really enjoyed my weekend here. At first I didnt expect much but as soon as I arrived the managers were on the scene ready to help me. The breakfast was amazing and I was really enjoying my weekend even better because of the staff help. The pool gave me more relaxation time and I definitely will be booking this hotel again in the near future

Would not stay there again

The rooms had a smell. Yes, two different rooms. First room had a broken toilet and bathroom was not the cleanest. Second, room door lock was broken so we never made it inside. Third room had a worse smell then the first room and the entrance door had to be slammed to get it to shut. Could hear people in the hallways and in rooms. Had to put a white noise app on my phone to sleep. Luckily we were only there from 10pm-7am.
