Nice hotel!

by Mobile799989

I usually try to stay at Hampton Inns because the beds are comfortable and I like the breakfasts. This Hampton was exceptional. Of course the staff were friendly, the hotel itself looked brand new or newly remodeled. When we go back to Madison, we will definitely stay here again.

It could have been great

The hotel looked like it would be one of the finer Hamptons I have stayed at, until I got to the room. We could not connect to the internet and had to use a secondary connection. When we got up the first morning we found that none of our phone, watches, iPad had changed because of he outlet. I call the front desk and reported the problem. When we returned to the room 12 hours later, we found that nothing had been done. As we were flying home and needed our iPads on the plane, we had to get up through out the night to change the items so that they would charge in the 1 working outlet.
If they could not fix the outlets, at least they could have provide a power strip to solve the problem.
