Average hotel. Courteous and friendly staff. Nice doors to room and bathroom. Room decor and furniture was very plain and simple. Bed was very comfortable, but made creaking noise every time I moved in bed. Adequate electronics outlets. Two blinds on window—one privacy and one complete blackout shade. With shades down, it looks like nighttime in middle of the day. High water pressure in shower, but inadequate pressure at sink. Very, very bright mirror in bathroom, with no separate switch if you want just the overhead light on. Large LG tv, microwave and refrigerator. Tiny lobby and very small breakfast dining area with lower quality furnishings. Breakfast was better than many Holiday Inn Express hotels. Luggage carts were really ridiculous With no bottom, and not designed to carry several pieces of luggage. (See photo). You have to carefully balance on the cart and reload several times as you go to the room—because it will not stay on.

3 Stars

Came through for the night pretty late and tired. The lady at the front desk was great. We got to our room and it smelled pretty musty so I blasted the A/C before bed hoping that would do the trick. I should have asked for another room but we had showered and changed. Big mistake I couldn’t sleep well at all. I only saw one elevator in the lobby and had to walk up the stairs with our luggage because there was a large group of people going to their rooms. After 3 full elevators went up and down and there were at least two more full elevators worth of people there we decided to walk. Breakfast was decent and it was in a safe location. The room was the luck of the draw but that’s why I gave my stay only 3 stars.
