Keurig coffee maker

by travelhappyjan

The staff was helpful and friendly. My opinion of the cleanliness of a hotel is often determined by the back stairs. In this case, the back stairs needed vacuuming. But the room was clean and so were the hallways. The coffee machine in the room is Keurig which did not allow these tea drinkers to heat water. If there was a microwave, we could not locate it. The breakfast was expansive with many choices.

First Floor Blues

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, especially the manager Megan. I also must say that I did not request a specific location for my room. I was in Room 108 which is unfortunately right next to the elevator, the lobby, and the common/breakfast area. To say it was loud is putting it mildly. Also, the family in the room just above mine must have hauled in a marching band to include a few elephants! It was too late to move once I realized the issues and I admittedly don’t like to be labeled a complainer. The room also had food crumbs all over the tv stand and behind the bed/other not-so-obvious areas could have been a lot cleaner. Bed was super comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was delish.
