Very helpful staff

We stay here several times a year when flying out of CVG airport.
Leaving our car there is a big plus. Also many hotels do not offer transportation to the airport. It is very helpful having a hotel to offer breakfast, travel to the airport, and keep your automobile free of charge. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. All of this makes travel less stressful.

Great Customer Service!

I reserved a room for 2 nights for my parents. I called the day before they checked in & spoke to Sam the manager about my mother's birthday that she would be celebrating during the stay. (This was a very special birthday as my mother was put on life support 5 months ago & we didn't know if she was going to pull through.) I asked if he could put something special in their room for her.

That Sunday one of the staff members knocked on her door & gave her a bag of goodies and a card signed by the staff! I am so very thankful for what you all did!
