Helpful staff.

This hotel is very clean and well run. It's best assets are the very helpful manager and staff who were a great support when one of our sons was sick and had to stay in his room.
Rooms vary a lot - some have been refurbished, others are a bit shabby but very clean. Rooms at the front are noisy - as is the case in most hotels in towns and cities in Peru.

Thanks again for the friendly receptionist (Andrea) who helped me solve a problem, even allowing me to make a phone call myself on his phone. The hotel is nicely located and I had a big, warm and clean room. Feeling well in this hotel helped me also to cope with the high altitude in Puno - thanks very much.
