We stayed one night at the Concorde before our cruise in mid October. The upsides were the lovely view from our 16th floor room and the excellent breakfast at the lobby cafe. The downsides? We wanted a drink in our room and the ice bucket was filled with cigarette butts (this in a no smoking room) orange peels and dirty tissues I took the bucket to the front desk, received a shrug from the clerk and a clean bucket was brought up 10 minutes later. Also, while there was a smoke detector in the ceiling there were no sprinklers. This on the 16th floor! If I had noticed before morning we would have checked out immediately. Never again.
A beautiful property. Hop on hop off bus just 2 blocks away. Beautiful view of Quebec City. Great restaurant on site, plus many cafes within walking distance. Great location. Bed & room very comfortable & clean. I would stay again.
