Last sun before Christmas!

Lovely hotel in a central location, a stone’s throw from the cathedral, port, restaurants, shops and bars. Hotel is used for business which meant that the roof top pool and deck area always had space. Staff were so friendly , drinks very reasonable ( €7 for double G&T). Welcome Prosecco in the bar for everyone. Comfy beds, spotless room with newly fitted bathroom. Really good get away from it all !

The location of this hotel is excellent and you will be in the middle of the action. But be warned that with being central means that you will be disturbed by revellers walking by at all times of the night and early morning. The other negative is the local council bin men empty all skips outside in the main road at about 3.00 AM and if your room is street side you will be disturbed. That said it is worth the price because you will have a magnificent view of the cathedral and port.

The bar and pool area on the 8th floor offers magnificent views of the city skyline but be warned about the loud music.

All the staff there are very pleasant, helpful and bi-lingual. The rooms are modern, well furnished and in good condition for a high ocupancy hotel.

Breakfast is in a restaurant within the hotel and also accessed by public. Breakfast is basic but edible. Evening meals in the same place are okay but if you go half board the menu is limited. Service is excellent.
