Not great! No coffee!!

by BlueAnaLaura

This hotel will only give you the room. There is no coffee, no coffee maker and no coffee near the place. The service is ok the guys at the front desk are helpful, even though they need some training arranging tours or giving helpful tips. There is a nice restaurant on location that was close during our stay. The room was clean, narrow and bathroom was hard to accommodate due to space. The price seam high for what I got. Oaxaca food is super cheap the hotel would look much better by providing free coffee and bread during the morning. Coffee is what moves the world and nobody wants to wake up and search for a cup of joe.

Don't stay in this noisy place

by 185PaulaM

The hotel only has 14 rooms. The rooms are located back from the street. The noise comes from the constant chatter, laughter and noise from the front desk, kitchen and other staff. It never stops. We booked a Junior Suite. It turns out it is a room with two beds, desk and two end tables. My husband was ill before we arrived. We had hoped the quietness of the hotel would allow him to rest a few days and still enjoy the city. I have gone down to the desk twice to ask them to hold down the noise. It never lasts very long.
