A GF of mine and I enjoyed a lovely evening at the newly-opened Hyatt Regency for the Friday night opening of the Lion King just a few blocks away at the Paramount Theatre. Check-in was seamless. Service was friendly and welcoming. The concierge gave us a personal tour of the property. We were situated on the highest floor that was open at the time with incredible views across the city to the water.
Rooms were quiet and well-appointed. The television was massive and had plenty of channels. The speakeasy bar had fabulous old fashioneds and wonderful service.
My only (slight) grumble was that the sheets were a little stiff and scratchy - clearly brand new. I would definitely suggest the Hyatt Regency to anyone looking for a great location with excellent service.

It’s been open a month, pristine! Huge foyer, loads of glass and room. Nice bar, not too expensive! L2 has a cafe and shop to source cheaper food and drink options. The rooms themselves are spacious with the biggest TV hanging on the wall I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The gym is brand new and spacious situated on the 8th floor. Rooms go right to level 45 with great views to the snow capped mountains. A new gem in the heart of Seattle CBD!
