Be careful staying here. A new convention hotel that struggled to handle the crowds. Note there is no security on the elevators so you can go to any floor. Inconveniences occurred when escalators failed and people were pushed to stairwells and elevators.
The lounge was mostly wonderful except for running out and never restocking soda for more than a day.
Our toilet was also broken and after a fix, housekeeping never arrived to clean up the aftermath of fixing the toilet. Housekeeping also managed to lock us out of our room with the security lock and we had to wait and prove who we were to be let into our room which made us miss some of our plans.
It’s lovely and quiet but has some kinks to work out.
I was in Seattle for the recent comic con and I picked it because it was close to the convention centre. I didn’t know much about the property. But it’s a great hotel, very clean, very quiet, great location, food on site was good and the staff were tremendous.
