Booked TUI SENSATORI a couple weeks before we were due to fly. The hotel is lovely, lovely grounds and views, beautiful for early morning and late night walks and to watch the sunset. The staff are lovely, very warm and caring, including the TUI desk staff. The restaurant had good variety however they do get booked up very fast. Eleanor’s buffet was tasty everytime we went. And the food at Fig and Olive was lovely, wasn’t too keen on the buffet starter in Fig but the main was filling enough without a starter. The El Sabor restaurant was lovely and the gentleman looking after us (Saturday 16th March and Monday 18th March) was excellent. Very attentive and welcoming.
I felt like on check in we could’ve been given more information in regards to the health club, the pools etc. Nonetheless we found out ourselves. They do offer a tour in the morning after you check in however because our flights was delayed 7 hours we got to the hotel very late, so we ended up sleeping through breakfast and the tour. The room itself was lovely (deluxe double with sea view) the bathroom was beautiful, a few things could be replaced due to rust etc. Housekeeping and turndown service every day and night too.
Overall was a lovely break.

Arrived 16th March for week with some friends who had been before. Wow what a fabulous hotel & surrounding area. Very quiet & relaxing by adult pool. There are other pools around and a children's area away from the adult pools, a warm infinity pool too. Food was amazing so much varieties & all cooked to perfection. Room so big & comfortable. Bath robes slippers & everyday toiletries topped up - soap shampoo conditioner shower gel etc Reception staff very efficient & check in fast & simple. Would definitely return to this hotel & hope to do so next year.
