Just coming to the end of our family holiday. What can I say they hotel is amazing. We spent most of our days at the kids splash pool, Mark and Valentin are great. Always making sure we were ok. Great with the kids and nothing too much to ask, overall great guys and made our holiday extra special!
Just returned from a great week at TUI Atlantica Aphrodite Hills. We had the usual issues with booking the restaurants and I can only imagine this getting worse in the summer but it certainly did not spoil our holiday. The bar entertainment was a little bit diss organised with a bunch of youngsters almost doing an 'open mic ' session could really do with a good entertainments manager.
the worst point of our holiday was booking a car with Leo's ( the on-site car hire ) Although the car was fine I have never come across a more rude and abrasive man. He was totally un welcoming and quite aggressive in his manner. I would certainly avoid this guy and arrange with one of the nationals. This does NOT give TUI Sensatori a very good reference and I am certain that they could apply some pressure on this man to be more customer friendly.
