We currently staying at this hotel with family
. Paid extra for lovely sea view but got view to a water park and a bush, considering our family remembers got most stunning rooms paying exactly same what we have paid. Not fair at all.
Food is terrible, I have no idea how people previously said food is good. We are dreading eating every night how terrible it is. Desserts are lovely.
The resort itself is nice but like someone mentioned before if you travelling with family you wont get best of this resort, adults only areas are lovely and sunset bar has gorgeous cocktails.
Staff is so rude and unfriendly so shocked to find this out as I done a lot research for this resort before booking and I am disappointed with spending £5k for our family of 4 for this break as its not worth it at all.
Pictures to show what a rubbish view we got for paying extra for sea views room and my parents in laws room.

Amazing hotel amazing food amazing staff one huge reason I will never go back ...CATS ...they are everywhere even the restaurants, I have a total dislike/fear of cats and it ruined what could very well have been the perfect Holliday. The hotel positively encourage cats on site even having a space set out for cats to play and little houses for them to sleep in,
if your a cat lover your probably thinking it’s cool but not when you are eating and have a dozen cats milling around your table! We were unable to eat outside which destroyed that alfresco experience for us, even resting by the pool was not a relaxing time as I was constantly worrying that the cats would come (which they did) so very disappointed as the hotel, staff, food, location, rooms etc were perfectly wonderful,
