It is walking distance to historical downtown Ely, three miles to William Bee Ririe Hospital and the Great Basin Community College, 15 minutes to Cave Lake State Park and Garnet Hill and two miles to the Nevada Northern Railway Museum. There is a free continental breakfast daily and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee. Many families use the motel as a quick overnight stay on long road trips. The rooms are simple, clean, not entirely spacious, but consistent. Guests will find ample parking on site.

Older but clean

The staff was wonderful. We booked a double bed room. It had a separate area for each bed. In the back room there was no TV or air conditioning. There only was an oscillating fan. The room was clean but it was older. We only stayed the night so we were okay. There was breakfast included but opt not to eat.

Spartan but Good

If you are on a budget this is the place to stay. Rooms are clean, linens are nice .They provide a most basic breakfast .. It bills itself as pet friendly but then charges you $20 for the pet (that is if you tell them). Office is unattended so you have to ring for someone to help you.
