We have stayed here several times in the Spring and Fall. Rooms are spacious and clean. Property is well kept and close to restaurants and beaches. Trolley stopped very often. Pets are welcome. Staff is friendly.

One male at desk snippy and crabby like he’s the concierge of a 5 star hotel. Sliding door curtain nasty if you hit it a SIGNIFICANT amount of Dust lingers in the air. Couch nasty odor. Outlets droopy. Pictures crooked. I don’t mind dated facility but there’s no excuse for nasty. Dishes piled in no order whatsoever. Walls and doors black dirt.
