Poor customer service.

These people are horrible. I wouldn’t stay here again even using a free night. Stay away. Book elsewhere. You will be much happier. I’ve stayed at choice hotels all over the country and never been treated as poorly as this one treats people.

This shouldn't be listed as 2.5 stars This place is a dump

Outdated dirty and smelly place. The carpet in the rooms was filthy. The rooms smelled terrible. When you walk in to check in you immediate regret it as the lobby smells too. The front desk lady took forever to check you in. This is a 1.5 star motel. Terrible and it's a solid 3.5 miles to downtown Bend on the very edge of town. I highly don't recommend even if it is the best price. Stay away.
