If it could go wrong it did

by Wanda C

I stayed at the hotel on October 18, 2019 as part of a graduation trip. Once we got to our room, we wanted to watch the news but the TV didn't work. We contacted the front desk and the kind lady did try to get the TV to work, but nothing she did worked. After that, we were going to start our showers, but the shower head was broken, so we went without showers. Then, debit card continously got charged... first $118, then an incidental charge $12.25 that no one can tell me what it is for. Then I was charged $101 twice on the same day, and as of today, an additional $113 is being charged to my card.
I have called several times requesting to speak with a member of management. It has been 8 days, and not a single for of communication has occurred. And I am a Choice Hotel rewards member. It scares me to think how non-members are treated.

Get what you pay for

This hotel was just okay for me. It was very dated and the swimming pool needs some repairs. The staff were very welcoming and assisted with anything we asked for. The breakfast was okay but needs a little more heathy choices. Overall, I didn’t spend that much for the room so I guess I got what I paid for.
