Staffs very helpful and nice, toilets, restaurants are very clean. The only thing that they need to improve is the buffet, not variety and not good but the tabaj were outstanding . The hotel needs to provide activities otherwise a bit boring. Overall had a nice time

Great quality of service by F&B staff

We spent the whole day at the hotel and I must say we were really pampered by the staff especially at the bars... Seriously it was beyond expectations
I would like to thank all the waiters and waitresses, we enjoyed ourselves so much.

I will definitely go again and will recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be pampered ????
Sadly this website allows only 5 stara but I would definitely give 10 stars to the hotel staff for the great quality of service!!!
