Shouldn't Be Open For Business

by richkath1

We booked a night here. When we arrived, the entire 1st floor was under renovation and was a virtual hazard to even walk through. Our room assigned was on the 3rd floor. When we opened into the room, it was filthy, smelled like 20 cigar smokers had been there right before we arrived and the smoke alarm chirped like it does when someone is absent for a great length of time (in other words-no one else had occupied this room since who knows when!). The floor was sticking to our shoes, the bed had stains on it. Don't book here until you see a favorable report by some other traveler. Total dump that shouldn't be allowed any occupancy!

"It was kind of O.K.- The Whole Motel was under Renovation!".

Planned a road trip to see the Arkansas Travelers, Minor League Baseball game and did not make a reservation with any motels. After the game we selected Red Roof close to the ballpark. The night stay was only $57,00 plus tax reasonable. (Used my triple AAA) But, it was under construction. 1st floor was totally closed and the restaurant and free breakfast was not available. The room was nice, but the location is a little seedy, if you know what I mean. The pool was also closed! I would recommend calling the location directly to see what is open and where they are on the renovation. It might be a better stay later this year! Good Luck, My Traveling Friends and Family!
