Located on the banks of the Haulover Creek, this sports pub is one of the few good dining spots in Belize City. And even though it’s a sports bar, there is a dress code at night forbidding shorts. Owned by the people who created Beliken Beer, the national brew, the Riverside is known for great steaks, excellent fish and an overall combination of American and Caribbean cuisine. If your children are younger, consider having lunch here and avoiding the nightlife atmosphere.
