This was our first family trip out of the US. My kids range from 6-12 years old. The staff at this resort is excellent. From the second you arrive, your every need is met. The resort is beautiful, super clean and everyone is so friendly. They are out so early scrubbing chairs, the pool and combing the beach. The entertainment is wonderful for all ages, Martina, Carmen, Jesica, Oliver, Andrew, Moses and more I can’t remember went above and beyond to keep everyone entertained. Adult and kid friendly food and drinks flowing all day. The dance team was so talented and interactive with the kids! The spa was great, massages from Yuki and Yane were spot on. Definitely want to come back for next years summer trip!!
Great experience. Omar around the pool and Albert in the Marco Polo restaurant were very accommodating. Only complaint were a few people smoking around the pool, down by the beach would have been better...
