Seaside Inn’s penthouse has a separate bedroom, two queen sofa beds, a full kitchen, and luxury appointments. It can connect to two other rooms for large family gatherings. For smaller family vacations, the studio apartments sleep four and have private patios and kitchenettes with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. The guestrooms also have kitchenettes. All of the resort’s rooms are gulf-front and decorated in breezy cabana style. The inn has its own private seawalled beach above the public beach. Those rooms on the first level open onto the beach area.

Becky and the team at Seaside Beach Resort are wonderful! I made two separate mistakes while trying to book with them and they were increadibly accommodating and completely helped me resolve the issues. Don't hesitate to stay here!
We were looking for a one night oceanview room for my Birthday....Yes, we live in FLA part time but just wanting those AMI/Bradenton Beach Views! :) My husband surprised me with a room at the Seaside and we went to look at it before we booked it just to make sure! Tamara greeted us at the desk and was so very friendly and accommodating. She let us look at the room and we were delighted and booked. It was 195.00 per night with an AARP discount. Upstairs location. Well, our weather forecast for my BD wasn't looking pretty, so we went back to see if we could move our date back one day to hopefully have some sun! They once again were more than accommodating with no extra charge since the room hadn't been rented. We were thrilled. Upon check in, despite the fact that the room was empty and we knew that, we had to wait until after 3pm to check in....Ok...no worry. Went and had lunch at Wicked Cantina....great lunch! Upon check in, we hit the beach and had a few great hours before the rain came in. I have never seen such amazing sea life and so many families enjoying the beautiful sands of Bradenton Beach! The water was warm, and it was just lovely! The evening is when the beauty set in fully! The rain left , leaving the most beautiful double rainbows and the sunset was absolutely amazing! At sunset, there were a large group of families that came and sat on the beach, or in the water and took videos and pictures of the sunset! The resort is right smack in the middle of the turtle nesting area and they are serious about maintaining their safety.....The hotel form you sign says at 9pm, you will close your room curtains so that the emerging turtles don't go to the sea wall in confusion but straight to the ocean....We thought that was a bit much, but I am all about conservation! I like that the MCAT bus picks up right outside the resort and can take you all around the island free, and you can take your bike as well if you like. The room was so boho beach chic and the extra touches for your liking are available! The office has wines, beers, sodas, water, snacks and gifts....sad they close at 5:45pm, so if you need a bottle after that your SOL! Only downfalls.....Pool is lovely but small and the water is really hot....NO SMOKING....they do have two concrete tables outside of the pool area, for smoking but you will get rained on. I will say that the resort lower rooms are great, you have the room and on your deck, full chairs and umbrella....Our room on the second floor was next to a roof side sitting area which was delightful as well. We had that to ourselves that evening and have amazing pictures! The most amazing was the Penthouse.....it was empty for a time so we could peek inside....It is absolutely fabulous....Has it's own deck and is Huge- two bedrooms, full kitchen and dining room.... Gorgeous inside! Overall, I am so glad we went and got to enjoy! I would definitely recommend this tiny Gem of a resort! Enjoy!
