This is a great place to spend an afternoon or several afternoons. We bought week passes so we could hang out and try all 11 hot springs tubs after our morning activities. They all are different temperatures and look out over the San Juan River. Such beauty and such peace. Be sure and try it if you are in Pagosa Springs.
The views from this hotel are worth staying there regardless of anything else. However, the Springs had a very well trained and friendly staff. Curiously the managers that occasionally walk around are not friendly at all but the rest of the staff were superb. Really enjoyed or interaction with Kermis. He was so very friendly and helpful.
Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The pool areas and hot springs were equally as clean. We really enjoyed our time in the Springs and hope to return.
