Great Stay!

by JTJ456

Breakfast is great, room is great — overall really happy to have stayed here!

William at the front desk is an absolute star! He helped me with dinner options that were vegan and was always attentive to anything I needed. Cannot thank him and his team enough for making me feel so welcomed during my stay in Puno. Would recommend staying here to anyone that needed an overnight in puno. Thank you William and team Tierra Viva!

Excellent choice in Puno

by CatherineBH

We stayed in this 3 star hotel for 2 nights during our private tour in October.

We highly recommend this hotel. We selected this based on recommendation of the tour agency and it had excellent reviews on TripAdvisor. It did not disappoint. The customer service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean, though small. The two restaurant that they recommended (Mojsa and La Casona) were excellent. It was my birthday on our 2nd night. I requested the staff at the front desk to make a reservation at Mojsa and request for a table by the window. The restaurant granted our request and glad that we had a reservation since the restaurant had a “full” sign. When we got back from dinner, there was a knock at our door. A staff was delivering a cake with a lighted candle. This was very thoughtful and memorable way to end my birthday. I never mentioned my birthday nor did my husband.

The hotel was centrally located in a safe, yet busy area. The 2 restaurants and shops were only a block or so away.
