Long weekend trip to Cabo!

by TJL701_2014

Everything from our driver from/to the airport (Aldo) to our arrival at the front door (Edgar) to the restaurant folks (Antonio, Jonas, Guadelupe, Pavel) to the pool bar guys(Angelo & the Angels) to our sales office folks (Viktor, Andrew and Gideon who is everywhere!) to the person who seems to know everything and has all the information you need (Gina), this trip was amazing! Cannot forget our massage therapists, this is a must, best ever and totally worth it! Cabo is already beautiful and there are many nice resorts I'm sure but its the people who make a trip memorable. Above and beyond our expectations!

It really is welcome back!

We have been owners at this resort since 2011 and have enjoyed undiminished stays every time. The staff retention is amazing and they maintain excellent, friendly, warm service. They really do remember you! The setting is more intimate than many other resorts and there is easy walking access along the beach to another community with excellent restaurants. The units are well equipped and very comfortable, and there is a nicely equipped gym. There are numerous activities throughout the day for kids and adults, but it is easy to have a quiet respite here, too. We make sure to plan on at least 2 couples massages in the spa room that is open to the ocean. The quality of the massages have been great! We like to cook here, and there is a great bodega, Carmella's, with lots of organic options, meat and liquor that is easy walking distance. If we want to go into Cabo, we simply walk up the hill and catch the inexpensive, small, local buses into town. They are safe, reliable and add a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the local color (buses are themed to the owner's personality - disco was our fav). Obviously, we are very happy we "stumbled" across this opportunity in TripAdvisor in 2011. I don't think you would be disappointed.
