Overview

Opened in 2007 and completely renovated in 2014, The Westin Annapolis is the largest hotel in Annapolis, Maryland. Its regal look and multitude of event spaces make it especially popular for weddings. And while it’s not as popular for family vacations, it offers deluxe guestrooms and suites, an onsite restaurant with kids’ menus, and an indoor swimming pool. The hotel welcomes fur kids, too.

The Westin Annapolis is about a 15-minute walk from Historic Annapolis. Alternately, guests can hop on the city shuttle that departs (and drops off) at the office building across the street; one-way fare is $2 per adult and free for kids ages 5 and under (up to three per family), and day passes are available. The hotel is closer to the Navy football stadium than downtown; in fact, it’s the closest hotel to the field.

Hotel done right

by happigolacky

It's one of the best kept secret of Annapolis. Situated in the middle of entertainment, food and bar scene of the town. Stone throw away from the harbor and main thoroughfares that are easily accessible. Clean, functional, eco friendly, traditional yet modern in architecture. Room is spacious, carpeted, well equipped, with bed and pillows that allows ultra restful nights. Friendly and helpful staff to make your stay extra memorable. Clean bathrooms that rivals the best in town. There is no complimentary breakfast or parking.

Wonderful work stay!

I was in town for work. The Westin made my short stay amazing. It was close to everything. It was just a short drive to shopping. I was amazed that the staff were so attentive and helpful. I will always stay at the Westin for future trips.
