not worth the time or money

by rvkbuckeye2013

elevators are not efficient. most areas are blocked off due to renovations. oddly unrefined. I asked for coffee and I was offered a dirty cup and lid. looked used. room outlets didn't work so I had to charge my laptop and phone in the bathroom. my team and I will never stay there again.

Perfect location

Very nice hotel right on the river and on the edge of the French Quarter. Our room on the 21st floor was very spacious, had a great view and the bed was very comfortable. One negative was that there was a train that went by along the river and you could hear the whistle blow. It did wake us up. The other negative was the supposedly foam pillows were very soft and squishy. Would have preferred a firmer pillow. I’d also say the buffet breakfast in the restaurant was definitely not worth the money.
All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge Pierre was great. He booked us on a terrific tour and had other good suggestions.
In spite of the small negatives we’d definitely stay here again.
