I was disappointed in this rundown resort. They don’t have a coffee shop and this was a big deal for us. When we ordered coffee we were given instant. It sucked! We were not given an activity calendar when we checked in because they were out. We were told to take a picture of one! Really? We attempted to go to scheduled Karaoke that didn’t happen and found there to be no adult activities whatsoever! Food was also disappointing. We enjoyed the Seafood and Mexican restaurant but all others were disappointing. The pool deck was also very slippery and I witnessed several people slip and fall.
We returned from Crown Paradise Club in Cancun last week. I must say that this place is incredible! I went with my Mum and there was plenty of adult only areas, but there was plenty to keep children entertained as well (my nephew would have loved it!). The views from the rooms are amazing. The staff are brilliant and so attentive. From the housekeeping, to bar staff, to the concierge, to the restaurant staff. Everyone was amazing and made us feel like royalty! I’ve never stayed in a place better than this and we hope to return soon. I’d definitely recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you so much to everyone involved in this resort, keep doing what you’re doing!
