We stayed here as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children age 10 and 8. We found this hotel the best place we have ever stayed at. The staff could not do enough for you, they are so hard working. The food was lovely in the buffet and the speciality restaurants were even better! I have a fussy daughter and she always found something she liked. The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious. The pools were well looked after and kept clean. The entertainment was fantastic, some of the best we've seen!
The animation team absolutely made out holiday though, every single one of them works so hard to entertain and involve everyone there. The team in kids club, isabel, Dulce, Karla etc are fantastic with the kids and made our daughters time there unforgettable. Angel, Jose, Elias, Berenice, Alfredo, Angelica, Mr Antonio Banderas! (Alejandro) Charley and the rest of the team were amazing, we can not thank them enough! They kept us entertained all day, so much so, we didnt need to leave the hotel during the day! I cannot praise or thank you enough. Also Robert in the jetix club, fab with the kids, our 2 loved seeing you every day!
Overall, fabulous hotel, food, entertainment, staff. Can not wait to return! We miss you already
Ok so we stayed here beginning of September, the hotel is average definitely not 4/5 star, air conditioning in the lobby is non existent and that is the same in the buffet restaurant. No aircon in the lifts either and considering how hot and humid it is I would expect aircon as standard.
The beach is amazing, kids paradise was fantastic. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable, the maid was lovely and made towel art every day, the fridge was restocked daily too.
My main complaint with this place is the buffet restaurant, we don’t eat pork so when we queue for omelette in the morning the servers were mixing our vegetarian omelettes with the person in fronts ham, i would have thought they would make provisions for vegetarians but this is not the case. Dishes are not varied and there are way too many pork options and not enough vegetarian/fish options.
The A la Carte restaurants are lovely and we ate there most evenings, my favourite was the fisherman’s and the Italian.
The adults pool area on the first floor the decking is broken in quite a few places and needs fixing.
The other pool areas are great and the infinity pool has an amazing view when not crowded. All in all it was a nice holiday but the hotel itself is overrated.
