This hotel is situated near the entertainment district and the Metro Red Line rail station, so guests can walk or take the hotel’s shuttle. After a day of touring the town, families can enjoy some quality time by the heated indoor pool no matter the weather outside. The kids can swim and jump and the adults can lounge on the surrounding pool deck chairs. The comfortable guestrooms and suites feature king, queen or double beds, a coffee maker and flat screen television. Additionally, the spacious suites feature separate living room area with a sleeper sofa. Complimentary Wi-Fi access can be found in the guestrooms so both kids and adults can stay connected to work, school or home while visiting Silver Spring. The onsite restaurant, Savor, serves a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The rooms were clean but clearly maintenance has taken short cuts primarily in the bathrooms. The beds aren't comfortable. If you have a physical disability the "handicap accessible rooms" aren't too accessible.

Windows werw filthy, paint chipped and cracked, toilets working erratically, no USB ports to charge cell phones, no blankets, sandwiches from hotel snack bar stale that left me sick all night, "nickled and dimed" for everything, horrible TV channels filled with moronic drivel, no TV guide demaned that I pay ¢.99 monthly fee to receive channel guide via app that I would have to download inorder to view, desk staff constantly allowed others to "jump queue", no free parking for guests charge $25.per day, (at one point valet lost the key).
How this hotel received high ratings is beyond me. I suppose some guests are more equal than others, perhaps due maturity?
Will never go there again nor trust TripAvisor.
