The rooms were clean but clearly maintenance has taken short cuts primarily in the bathrooms. The beds aren't comfortable. If you have a physical disability the "handicap accessible rooms" aren't too accessible.

Windows werw filthy, paint chipped and cracked, toilets working erratically, no USB ports to charge cell phones, no blankets, sandwiches from hotel snack bar stale that left me sick all night, "nickled and dimed" for everything, horrible TV channels filled with moronic drivel, no TV guide demaned that I pay ¢.99 monthly fee to receive channel guide via app that I would have to download inorder to view, desk staff constantly allowed others to "jump queue", no free parking for guests charge $25.per day, (at one point valet lost the key).

How this hotel received high ratings is beyond me. I suppose some guests are more equal than others, perhaps due maturity?

Will never go there again nor trust TripAvisor.
