Overview

Three minutes from the marina in Cabo San Lucas, the Estancia Real Los Cabos puts families close to all that the city has to offer. In just minutes, guests can find themselves shopping, dining, sailing, fishing or participating in any number of adventure or cultural tours. Back at the hotel, families can relax by the swimming pool or in one of three room types: simple, double and suite. Suites have one queen bed and one single bed plus a sofa bed; a kitchen with toaster, refrigerator and coffeemaker; air conditioning; cable TV; hairdryer; safe; iron and ironing board; and free high-speed internet. Double rooms have the same amenities except without a sofa bed and no kitchen. It does have a coffeemaker. Simple rooms have just one queen bed, but no kitchen; there is a coffeemaker.

Run, Run, Run Potential Guests!

My girlfriend who was traveling to meet a good friend and escort her from her ship early because of a death called me hysterical crying. When I could finally understand her she said it was so disgusting that she could not stay there and would rather sleep in the lobby. She checked in in spite of being dismayed at her arrival at having to walk a distance from he taxi and up some stairs to the entrance. She immediately checked out after seeing the room and to their credit they agreed to issue a refund. Everything was old and rusted and just not clean. She is the last one to complain so when she did I immediately re booked her. Again run away!

A Class 3 hotel that meets all of the basic credentials. Clean rooms and well maintained grounds. Breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly.
Location is great, within walking distance to the heart of Cabo.
