One of the best things about Even’tide’s five-acre wooded property is its location. There is direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path and Cape Cod National Seashore’s Marconi Beach is a one-mile walk away. The property is family-operated and built with extra care given during the building process to ensure quiet within the rooms.
Motel rooms are offered in a variety of sizes and configurations. In addition, the rental cottages that dot the property range from a one-bedroom (two-person) cottage, to a four-bedroom, four-bath house. Maximum occupancy in the largest cottage is 10 people, including babies. All cottages have outdoor barbecues and picnic tables, cable TV (with HBO), full tiled baths, carpeted living areas, plus full kitchens and outdoor decks.
Guests have access to the motel’s 30-foot by 60-foot heated indoor pool, attached private sun deck and large playground. A basketball court, five-hole mini-golf, horseshoe pit, badminton, volleyball, pool table, shuffleboard court and ping pong table are also available. Note: Some of the cottages include cleaning services and all linens; others do not. Be sure to check the accommodations section of the website before booking. Open May through October, with weekly rentals only from mid-May to mid-September; three-night minimum during the rest of the season. Porta-crib rental: $5 per night, $15 per week; rollaway bed or full-size crib rental: $10 per night, $35 per week. Coffee and tea service in the lobby, all other food is available at nearby restaurants.

Found the Even’tide on a last minute weekend trip. Rooms sparkling clean and comfortable. Huge indoor pool was beautiful and refreshing after a long bike ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail which you can ride on and off at the even’tide. Love love loved it!!
My family stayed here while visiting family who were vacationing in the area. The owner was kind enough to rent the room for one night even though weekends require a two night minimum. Four people in a suite, Room #8. One person was in a wheelchair and we had no trouble maneuvering around the rooms. The height of the bed was perfect for transitioning from the chair. I only wish the toilet was a handicapped toilet. But when considering how clean the rooms and grounds were and how nice the owner was, I would have no hesitation to stay again.
