Lovely stay!

by Matthew D

We really enjoyed our time at the Hotel Aitano! Clean, comfortable, good location (about 4 blocks from the zocalo) quiet (on a busy street but the Spanish colonial courtyard architecture really keeps the street noise at bay) nice breakfast (included & changes daily) pretty upstairs veranda with great city views and a friendly, helpful staff standing by to help make your visit to this lovely city a delight! Special mention must be made to managers Victor and Raymundo for their kind attention and professionalism!

Great staff and great food!

Jimena (the night receptionist) was very informative and more than willing to answer any questions we had regarding our accommodations, the area, and local restaurants. The ladies preparing the morning buffet, Veronica and Consuelo, did an excellent job of taking care of us each morning. The food and fresh juices were delicious. Since we were there multiple days, they asked what we would like for breakfast and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Laura, part of the housekeeping staff, was so very helpful in taking care of our room on a daily basis. Thank you ladies for making our stay so very enjoyable!
