Beautiful accommodations in a great location

by MiPin50

We came to Quebec for a short getaway to celebrate our 35th anniversary. This was our first trip to Quebec. This hotel was the perfect choice for us. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The location could not be better. It is right in the heart of the old city - close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Elegant hotel in convenient location

We stayed here for two nights at the end of a cruise. There are a lot of stairs to climb from the street but the door staff were quick to welcome us and carry our cases up. The reception staff were very helpful. We arrived after leaving the ship at 9.30 am and were told our room would be ready at 4 pm but we were able to leave our cases securely and explore Old Quebec. The hotel is at the higher level and close to everything.

We had the buffet breakfast on two mornings which was our only disappointment with our stay. The hot food trays were not regularly replenished and almost empty on both occasions. I would take breakfast out if staying again. We didn't use the attached Bistro restaurant for dinner but it looked very popular.
