What a great find! AMAZING FOOD, great beach, fantastic service, very clean! I was so impressed by this place that I would definitely go back. I am an insanely picky person so that is huge for me. My son (4 years old) also had a fantastic time and he didn't even go to the onsite splash pad. The Star Camp crew were always up for playing soccer or volleyball on the beach with him and all the other kids. Even just hanging out and entertaining them. We also had such terrific service from Tashama at the front desk, DJ at the scuba hut on the beach, Jules the bartender, Dale the bellman, Alrick from Star camp and the infomous Pineapple! There were so many amazing staff members that we lost track. I will be real - there were imperfections at times - Examples: The fan in our bathroom didn't work so it got really steamy after a shower. An outlet in the bathroom needed to be fixed. After our room was mopped it sometimes smelled like the mop water needed to be changed. However, the amount of pros to this spot overshowed the cons. It was such a great vacation. Thank you @iberostar for such a great spot!
This resort has outdone all my expectations- super beautiful and clean, as well as the most friendly staff ever!! The food was absolutely delicious- in all the restaurants and the drinks fabulous! 24 hour room service, shows, shopping on site, Snorkeling off the white sand beach, the blue green of the clear water, the infinity pool and pool bar, and nothing but relaxation - and so much more!!! I’ll be returning most definately!
