Avoid this hotel at all costs!!
Our 6 year old daughter fell ill after three days and ended up hospitalised after contracting food poisoning at the this hotel. My husband and I have been unwell and extremely dizzy.
The on-site Dr sent her to the ‘local’ private hospital, after being pinned down to have a drip inserted she was discharged with various antibiotics and medicines.
We spent the next week in our hotel room, unable to leave as she her fever was so bad, she was being sick, going to the toilet,
shivering and crying for days and not one person (other than the mini bar man who brought us water daily) cared!
After she started getting sick we had food brought to the room, we were terrified our 9 month old would also get poorly and flew home early. All at our cost as TUI have zero customer service and the rep wasn’t willing to help.
If you value your health stay away from this hotel, we got back on the 11th September and are only now starting to feel better.
We enjoyed an amazing vacation at the Now Onyx, on this return visit to this beautiful resort. We had 12 of our friends and family come along with us, to see why we spoke so highly of this place. I can safely say no one was disappointed. First smiling face we meet was, Wanda in the preferred club check in. She rightaway made us feel like one big happy family. She is a gem of person.
We had a couple of amazing people taking care of us, Angel and Oscar really are a great asset to this resort. My family and friends cannot stop talking about how they made this vacation one to remember for the rest of their lives. Angel and Oscar are the best. THANK YOU, THANK YOU..
Our group had an unbelievable experience with all they encountered at the resort, they are still entranced by the beauty of the private pools, beach areas, private islands, bali beds and the folks working so hard to make us feel at home.
We had a fabulous time as we dine at the various restaurants each night and evening. Our hats off and compliments to the great chefs , who prepared such delicious food. I wish i can remember all the names of everyone working in the restaurants, but thank you ever so much to all, for a time well spent.
Continued success and see soon!!!!!!!.
