Poor customer service

Book the room through booking.com requested a late checkout during booking. I received confirmation through the app that the hotel confirmed the delayed checkout. At 11:45 the front desk called to tell me they are waiting for me to check out. When I told the woman on the phone about my delayed check out she said oh no we don’t do that and Booking.com didn’t call us. I told her I have the confirmation and we are not ready yet. I was told you only have an hour. Than called back and wanted to send a maintenance man to fix the clogged drain I called two hours ago to report. Will not stay here again

Nice Hotel

We stayed here on our fall foliage road trip in September. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. My husband enjoyed the fitness center. It was a short drive to downtown Portland and there are a lot of restaurant choices nearby.
