The first thing your kids will love about the Xpu-Ha is its water slides in the kids section of the pool. Parents, on the other hand, will appreciate the bungalow-style accommodations. Guest rooms are in two-story bungalows and feature double Jacuzzis, large private balconies with hammocks and in-room wine and fruit. Families can bring a pet along, as the Xpu-Ha is a pet-friendly resort. Two onsite restaurants offer Mexican and Italian delicacies in a buffet and a la carte atmosphere. Besides pool-related activities, kids can enjoy a children’s club. Here, kids can visit the onsite mini zoo. Families can also enjoy bicycle tours and nightly live entertainment together.

I loved the staff and the manatees

by siriqueen25

The staff Meaeros, Lazaro, Pavel, Miguel, Israel, Ezequias, Aomando, Capitamo, Adrian, Roger, Otheniel, Hostes, Areli, Ayb, Manuel, Mclane, Founcisco, Arcchigo, and my absolute favorite Edna, everyone was super friendly and helped me with my Spanish. The food was delicious and very fresh. The rooms were beautiful and the animal life was fantastic! Going kayaking and seeing a baby and mom manatee was stunning! The iguanas were especially happy to spend time in the sun near by and the bar was great! I really enjoyed my time there and definitely would come back!

Awesome hotel

Fabulous grounds. Arrived after the cenote had closed though, think 5pm is a bit early to close them when it doesn’t get dark until closer to 7pm. The grounds are massive and they have a few golf carts to take people around, but that system could be improved by having the golf carts stationed outside each bar restaurant and they return and wait there after doing a trip.
