Located on the Mexican coast in the Mayan Riviera, Barcelo Maya Beach Resort is part of a large five-hotel resort community. Guests who stay here can use many facilities through Barcelo’s All-Inclusive Program. The 2,751-room resort is undergoing a $50-million renovation, with the Maya Beach and Maya Caribe still in renovations through 2014. Families may want to stay in one of the spacious Family Suites, offering two large rooms and a lounge with sofa beds. Families inclined more to water-related activities, will enjoy the use of kayaks, water tricycles and snorkel gear. With the sea only steps away, families can snorkel one of the most beautiful coral reefs off the Yucatan Peninsula. Barcelo seems to have it all.
