I have to admit that I was worried after reading all of the negative reviews. My worries quickly disappeared after our arrival. The resort is amazing. Everything was wonderful. We traveled as a family with 2 children under the age of 3. The staff more +was amazing with the kids and always tried to make them smile. I think everyone there knew their names.

Check in/check out: We were preferred club so after waiting at the regular check in line(maybe 5 minutes) we went to the preferred club and checked in. This would be my only complaint since we were in building 9 which was right back at the beginning of the resort so it was back and forth walking. We also had to check out there which was a breeze.

The room: We had a junior suite on the 3rd floor. We had a crib waiting for us and within minutes had a roll away bed for our son. The room was perfect size of our family. The air conditioning worked better than expected. It was cool everytime we came back in from the pool. Our room was so cold at night that we turned off the fan and had to cover up with the blanket. Our room was always cleaned and we had turn down service twice but that was b/c we were already back in the room for the kids to go to bed.
The property: Beautiful. The workers are constantly cleaning and manicuring the grounds.
The pool: The pool was amazing. I know people complain about it only being 3 ft deep but it worked out great for us. The 2nd 1/2 of the pool was closed starting on our 2nd day but that didn't matter. There was enough room at the 1st pool for everyone. The staff at the pool bar were incredible. There was a ledge that was long enough for a lounge chair. My 2 children were able to play right there while we were in the pool.

The entertainment: Wow! They made the days a lot of fun. We participated in a lot of activities. That really makes the trip more fun. The shows at night were great. We really enjoyed the Circus of Dreams that came in. The night of stars show was a lot of fun.

The infant club: Noone ever reviews this section of the resort. It is for kids under 3. There is a baby pool, lounge chairs, a little tykes playset. This area was great b/c the kids were able to walk and play and have a blast there. It was nice to be able to relax and know they were safe right there.
I have to thank those that made our trip really special. Grecia and Ranfi you were wonderful. Thank you to Maria, Anibel, Juan Carlos and everyone else at the Baracuda bar. You always had a smile on your face when getting our drinks or milk for the baby. Jose Guerero. You gave us wonderful service at the World Cafe and Oceana. Angel from Oceana, thank you for a great birthday dinner. I really hope I didn't leave anyone out. Everyone does an excllent job.

We already miss it there and are planning our next vacation. Thank you for a great family vacation.
