Love this place!

by Jessica N

We got hit pretty hard in the 2019 snow storm and left without power for 5 days. After toughing it out for 2 days the toyhauler w/ 3 kids we decided to go to the coast and stay in a hotel. This being an unexpected expense we tried the cheapest but still reputable hotel in town and that was a mistake. Heater didn't work, hot water only worked some time, and most of all, their clothes washer almost electrocuted me and threw sparks all over me (which didnt seem to be a big deal to them). So we started looking for another place to stay and we ended up right next door to where we were originally staying.............the AMAZING Elizabeth St Inn. Definitely worth the extra money. And when you factor in the beautiful room, awesome pool, and gorgeous sitting area outside with the gas fireplaces, and awesome breakfast, we were money ahead and should have stayed there from the beginning. Not to mention the staff is soo very friendly and professional. Oh, I almost forgot about the nightly smokes salmon chowder and evening fresh cookies. I know its not the cheapest but believe me people, don't waist your money at one of the cut rate hotels, this is the place. Thank you folks so much!

Better at the Beach!

Our room was perfect, it had everything we wanted and the view was spectacular! We wanted to get away from the snow at home and this is exactly what we needed. From the salmon chowder (delicious!) to the fresh cookies to the very nice breakfast selections! And the best part was being able to bring our Golden Retriever with us! I told Dave at the front desk that our slider was hard to open and he immediately had maintenance come up and fix it! We will definitely stay here again!
