Hermosa Cove rests on 12 acres of lush landscape and a quiet, private cove. Guests enjoy bungalow-style accommodations with two-story, one-bedroom villas featuring private pools. Two- and three-bedroom villas are great for families, providing accommodations for up to six. Larger families can also book adjoining villas to be within steps of one another. Hermosa Cove features two sandy beaches, the serene Cove Beach and the more active water sport beach, Christopher’s Beach. A large, cascading pool leads the way to the see, where families can snorkel and kayak. Two hiking paths take guests around the resort’s 12 acres.
Onsite dining is available at Christopher’s, which offers complimentary breakfast and farm-to-table dinners. For lunch, visit the beachfront Broken Rudder for casual dining, and grab a drink at Isabella’s Rum Bar as the sun sets every evening. Villas feature fully equipped kitchens, and concierge can stock your kitchen with whatever you would like, and add a grill to your patio. Personal chefs are available to cook for your family in your villa, as well.

We stayed at Pimento Hall over the weekend. What an amazing property! And the staff was awesome! Even though we had a private pool at our villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the 3 salt water pools. The property is well maintained and the food from the restaurant was good. Can’t wait to visit again in Easter!!!
This place is just a slice of paradise and created perfection. Every nook and cranny entices your senses and your imagination. The food is a blend of amazing flavors of local foods and a beautiful presentation. The villas are an absolute delight. It makes you want to stay forever. The staff was attentive and yet not intrusive. This place is a 5+.!
