San francisco Hilton is a very good and safe hotel who locks their doors after 11pm to prevent unauthorised guests. there are eateries around and starbucks coffee. wonderful. Shopping centres are within walking distance. Fast food are also available. near to hop on hop off bus as there is also a nearby stop near the hotel.

Very nice, friendly, safe place.

I visited this hotel for a very large nurse Solidarity conference. They were fantastic- everyone was very friendly and helpful to the individual. The catering was delicious- job well done. I felt that there was an amazing amount of hotel staff available for security and assistance. I felt safe at all times. My room was a king size bed on the 11th floor. It wasn’t a stellar view- but that was the only thing lacking from this room. I really enjoyed my pillows and I thought it was a very attractive, fresh room.

I utilized the very large workout room- I had no issue with booming music, and was pleased with the number and variety of equipment to utilize- it does get busy at prime time so keep that in mind.

I felt safe in the area and walked to Chinatown by myself during the day- tons of shopping right around the hotel. I will say that the sidewalks all smell of urine so be sure to wash off the bottoms of your shoes!

I would give this hotel five stars without a doubt because they earned it- except they broke my rule of not having free WiFi in the rooms. Hotels that charge for WiFi with this level of hotel are wrong and I encourage everyone to put forth their opinion on this!

I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco- my hint is walk around- try new things, and clean your shoes
