Our family stayed in August, extremely hot. Room upgrades was not available during our stay for Discoverist members, only premium internet was offered. The wait time for food at dinner restaurants is unacceptable, be prepare to wait 2-3 hours for your food once seated. We stayed for 3 nights and there was no reservation available at Dozo restaurant for Teppanyaki dinner during my stay, fully booked. Upon entering our room, there was a large yellowish pink stain on bed sheets. Bed mattresses needs to be replace as the mattresses was too soft and old. No room service available after 11 pm, called many times but the staff doesn't answer the phone including the front desk, guest services. The swimming was enjoyable.
Stayed 5 days 4 nights and wished it would have been longer. Grounds are impecable and staff are always friendly and go the extra mile to assist guest. Food menu from the variety of restaurants was great for adults. Would have liked more choices for children as we were traveling as a family. We have traveled to multiple all inclusive resort but never had we been so impressed by one until now! We loved Ziva Los Cabos! Can’t wait to return.
