After reading previous reviews before booking we avoided the residence tower. I would highly recommend that anyone going avoids rooms in the residence tower. The pools were clean and well maintained. Surfos snack bar was phenomenal! Highly recommend their fish tacos and ceviche! Bella from the VIP service desk was very helpful in planning the rest of our trip! The altitude rooftop bar was a favorite. Enrique and Geraldo (i apologize for misspelling names) were our favorite bar tenders/waiters. Would recommend going to Chileno beach, it is beautiful, no vendors trying to sell you stuff, has bathrooms, and you can snorkel/swim. Uber was our preferred method of transportation and was very cheap (7-10$) one way to a beach. However if you uber you need to leave the resort first (go across the street or farther down to catch it). The resorts are not friendly to uber. Overall would go back and spend more time at Chileno beach for sure!

Carlos in the VIP Lounge gave excellent service! Pablo at the adult pool gave us fast, excellent service!!!!! Christian our yoga and pool exercise instructor made it very fun! ????????????❤️ All of the staff gave excellent service!
