Pueblo Bonito

by Deb H

NOT the best place to stay in Cabo. The will charge you for their Letty Coppel foundation with out telling you. Any mistakes Pueblo Bonito makes will always turn it back on you as if it was your fault and your problem. Pueblo Bonito should be ashamed of themselves for making their front desk associates handle problems they’ve created and the associates are not professional about it. when you get comments from Pueblo Bonito staff “Well that’s Mexico” does not bode well to Be the Destiination of choice in Mexico.

Not happy with resort

by Roam157723

We had booked 9 months in advance to visit with and catch up with friends. Upon check in we were told that there were no rooms available and we needed to be moved to another resort. We were moved to a resort that was a 20 minute cab ride away and/or accessible via shuttle bus. Packing everything we needed for the day and not having our own room to rest, relax or clean up in was not convenient or appreciated if we wanted to visit with our friends. Even though it was the same resort chain, their all-inclusive wrist bands would not get them food or beverages at our resort.
